Gildi – Eyeware Sales Representative

With the continued growth of our innovative and nature-inspired eye frames across the world, Gildi is looking to fill sales positions in various territories throughout the United States. We are looking for experienced and motivated multi-line or exclusive eyewear reps to focus on both new customer development and account management.
Based in Ft. Lauderdale Fl, Gildi is an independent family-owned manufacturer and distributor of handcrafted eyewear focusing on building strong business relationships with independent optical retailers and doctors’ offices.

Candidates for this position must possess the following:
• Outside eyewear sales experience – Highly preferable
• Ability in selling from physical
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Willingness to travel within the specified territory
• High level of energy & motivation
• A desire to be a high achiever

Type: Full Time
Compensation: Salary is base + commission + bonuses
Experience: Optical Industry 3+ years (preferred)
Education: High School
Location: Florida (Southeast, West Coast, Treasure Coast and Central).

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Increase sales growth to maximize net sales within geographic territory
• Establish and maintain relationships with independent optical retailers
• Manage full sales cycle
• Call on potential independent optical retailers
• You will be carrying physical product samples and will be expected to be able to fit them in your vehicle
